Abstract
The hallucinogenic properties of psylocybin, psilocin (4-hydroxy-N, Nr di- methyltryptamine), and lysergic acid [1,2] have directed the attention to the possible interest attached to 4-substituted indole derivatives. The interest- ing 4-dimethyl-allyltryptophan has been described only recently [3].
