Abstract
Allylation processes are generally recognized as important tools for organic synthesis; one of the most famous is the Hosomi-Sakurai reaction. [¹] This reaction has opened up many new opportunities in synthetic chemistry. Indeed, the allyl moiety is known to be a good precursor of carbonyl.
