Abstract

We report the design, the synthesis and the biological evaluation of the analgesic and anti- inflammatory activities of furoxanyl N-acylhydrazones (furoxanyl-NAH) by applying molecular hybridization approach. Hybrid compounds with IL-8-release inhibition capabilities were identified.
