Abstract

IN earlier parts of this series 1* 293 we have reported alkyl and substituted alkyl ethers of $- aminophenol which were effective against Schtistosoma mansoni infection^.^.^ Some of these compounds produced undesirable ocular effects in cats, but it was noted that this response, which was particularly marked with 1, 5-di-(#-aminophenoxy) pentane, was absent with the o, o'-dimetho~ y-derivative.~ Many more ethers of 4-amino-2- ...
