Abstract

A robust allylic palladium–NHC complex was developed and exhibited extremely high catalytic activity toward aminocarbonylation of various (hetero) aryl iodides under atmospheric carbon monoxide pressure, in which a broad range of secondary and primary amines were well tolerated.
