Abstract
In this article, the design and synthesis of some novel azasterols is described, followed by their evaluation against Trypanosoma brucei rhodesiense, T. cruzi, Leishmania donovani, and Plasmodium falciparum, the causative agents of human African trypanosomiasis, Chagas disease, leishmaniasis, and malaria, respectively.
