Abstract

A recent preliminary report'presented a few bis-6-tertiaryaminoethyl amides of aliphatic dicarboxylic acids which had been made and found to prolong the duration of the block of neuromuscular transmission produced by diacetylcholine2 in the cat. This paper presents the results of the more complete study of these series with regard to variation in chain length and its effect upon activity for the aminoamides studied.
