Abstract

The surface-induced and electron-induced chemistry of trifluoroiodomethane (CF3I), a potential replacement for chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and chlorofluorobromocarbons (halons), were investigated under ultrahigh vacuum conditions (p~ 1× 10-10 Torr) on Mo (110).
