Abstract
The phosphorylated derivative N"-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-O-(dimethylphosphono) tyrosine anthraquinon-2-ylmethyl ester, Boc-Tyr (P03Mez)-OMaq (2), was prepared in high yields by either phosphotriester or" phosphite-triester" phosphorylation of Boc-Tyr-OMaq (1).
