Abstract
Various aromatic ethylamines are useful as inhibitors of aromatic L-amino acid metabolism, or as pharmaceuticals or their precursors. 1) For enzymatic preparation of tyramine and dopamine, L-tyrosine decarboxylase was found in Streptococcus faecalis by Gale. 2-4) However, enzymatic preparations of the other aromatic ethylamines are unknown.
