Abstract
Structure assignment is based on evidence from polymer solubility measurements and infrared absorption spectra. All the poly-[1, 2-diisocyanates] prepared in this work were rapidly and completely soluble in sulfuric acid without degradation; this is good evidence that the polymers were linear.
