Abstract

O, S-Dimethylphosphoramidothioate (methamidophos) and N-acetyl O, S-dimethylphos- phoramidothioate (acephate) were synthesized by new methods to investigate the structure– activity study of acetyl cholinesterase (AChE) inhibition through the parameters of log P, δ 31P, and IC50.
