Abstract

Some substituted 1, 2, 3-triazolopyridines (1, 2) are analgesic, antipyretic, antiasthmatic or useful as inflammation inhibitors [1, 2] while others have been patented for their anxiolytic antidepressant properties [3] and herbicidal activity [4]. The 1, 2, 3-triazolo [4, 5-c] pyridine (1) is a commercially available fine chemical, but to our knowledge, only to a very high price.
