Abstract
A mild and efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of 2-cyclic amine- substituted benzoxazole derivatives using zinc dust under microwave irradiation in the absence of solvent is described. A comparative study was performed under conventional and microwave heating conditions. Zinc dust can be reused several times after reactivation.
