Abstract
Abstract Phenanthro [9, 10-b] indolizidin-9-ones, phenanthro [9, 10-b] quinolizidin-9-one, and related benzolactams were synthesized by benzolactam ring formation using Pd (OAc) 2-catalyzed direct aromatic carbonylation.
