Abstract

The scope of novel reactions of phosphorotriamidothionates with alkyl halides in the absence of polar sol-vents to produce new tl-pes of onium compounds is strongly dependent upon the structure of the reactants. The parent amide (HnK)? PS reacts with primary alkyl halides to form the onium derivatives to be expected.
