Abstract

Abstract A new pseudopeptidoleukotriene as the first LTD4 analogue has been synthesized in which the peptidyl fragment has been replaced by a 6-mercapto-hexenoic acid. Biological evaluation showed an extremely potent agonist activity giving very important key information on LTD4 geometry to the receptor.
