Abstract
We have found that a novel heterometallic Co/Fe Schiff base complex possesses a number of unique features, among them an outstanding activity toward oxidation of hydrocarbons with H2O2, under mild conditions: a TON of 3.6× 103, yield of 46%, and TOF of 1.12× 104 h− 1 were attained for cycloalkanes.
