Abstract
A new class of 2, 5-disubstituted-dioxacycloalkanes were designed and synthesized via stereoselective synthetic method as cancer chemoprevention agents. The anti-inflammatory activities of these compounds were tested using the xylene-induced mouse ear edema model.
