Abstract

A series of N-substituted derivatives, amides, and esters of trans-4- aminomethylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid (trans-AMCHA) were synthesized and evaluated for their antiplasmin activity. Among those, Ph ester derivatives were found to be superior to trans-AMCHA. 1n particular, a high order of the activity was achieved with para-substituted Ph esters.
