Abstract
Various reaction conditions were investigated and the results are summarized in Table 1. To determine the most appropriate solvent, the reaction was examined using toluene, CH, CI,, CHCI,, THF, CH, CN and DMF; CH, CN was the best solvent (Table 1, Entry 6) in terms of yields.
