Abstract
A group of trimethoprim (TMP) analogues containing 3, 5-dialkyl (or halo)-4-alkoxy,-hydroxy, or-amino substitution were analyzed in terms of their inhibitory activities against four dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) isozymes.
