Abstract

A two-step convenient sequence for the synthesis of previously inaccessible mono-Boc- protected bis-N-heterocyclic alkyl substituted ether derivatives 4 is described. Mitsunobu protocol was applied to the preparation of pyridinyl ether precursor 5.
