Abstract
Inter and intramolecular condensations (the Claisen and the Dieckmann condensations) between ester functions have been performed by the combined use of dichlorobis ( trifluoromethanesulfonato) titanium (IV)(= dichlorobis (triflato) titanium (IV)) and tertiary amine under mild reaction conditions.
