Abstract

A variety of fluorinated terphenyls were prepared by site-selective Suzuki–Miyaura cross- coupling reactions of dibrominated fluorobenzenes, such as 1, 2-dibromo-3, 5- difluorobenzene, 1, 4-dibromo-2-fluorobenzene, 1, 3-dibromo-4-fluorobenzene, and 1, 2- dibromo-4-fluorobenzene.
