Abstract
Novel ketoxime analogues of known@-blockers (propranolol, timolol, carteolol) were synthesized and tested as potential site-specific chemical delivery systems. It was assumed that a hydrolysis-reduction sequence could produce the active@-blockers in the iris-ciliary body.
