Abstract
Previously, we have used a reaction between aryldia- zonium tetrafluoroborates with chloro(bromo, isothiocy- anato)propenes in the presence of sodium rhodanide (bro- mide) for the synthesis of a series of 2-thiocyanato(bromo, isothiocyanato)- 1 -aryl-3-chloro(bromo, isothiocyanato)pro- panes [1], among which are compounds possessing antimi- crobial activity [2, 3].
