Abstract

The synthesis of three heparin analogues (ie compounds VI–VIII) having perphosphorylated thrombin binding domains (TBDs) is reported. These compounds were tested in vitro for their antithrombin III (ATIII)-mediated anti-Xa and antithrombin activities.
