Abstract

A series of fluoxetine, where the N-methylamino group was replaced and then simplified, were synthesized and their inhibitory effect was tested for nitric oxide (NO) production and inducible NO synthase (iNOS) expression in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced BV2 cells.
