Abstract
Simple one-step, metal-promoted coupling reactions represent a diverse set of synthetic methods for the construction of numerous classes of compounds. Among the many types of substrates that participate in these reactions are allylic esters. 1 Allylic acetates are especially commonly employed, due in large part to their facile, low-cost preparation.
