Abstract

A number of simple silyl enol ethers and vinyl trifluoromethanesulfonatea, a relatively new class of organic compounds capable of undergoing alkylation by a nucleophilic addition- elimination prows, were evaluated in the P388 lymphocytic leukemia system.
