Abstract
Abstract The efficient synthesis of 3-O-thia-cPAs (4a–d), sulfur analogues of cyclic phosphatidic acid (cPA), has been achieved. The key step of the synthesis is an intramolecular Arbuzov reaction to construct the cyclic thiophosphate moiety.
