Abstract: We have developed procedures for in situ regeneration of deuterated nicotinamide cofactors based on ethanol-1, l,-d2/alcohol dehydrogenase/aldehyde dehydrogenase, deuterioformate (DC02-)/formate dehydrogenase, and glycolaldehyde-1, 2, 2-d3/aldehyde dehydrogenase.
