Abstract
Abstract Efficient methods for the synthesis of chiral n, n+ 1-diamino acids starting from l- glutamic acid were developed. A second generation prototype amino acid based dendrimer, containing 1, 3-propanediamine as the core and 4, 5-diaminopentanoic acid as the branching unit, was synthesised following the divergent approach.
