Abstract
Discussion In a number of the reactions described, the yields were quite low. This may be partly accounted for by the solubility of the reaction products and by efforts to obtain the compounds in a pure state at the expense of yield. The compounds isolated may not represent the sole reaction product in each instance, as the water solubility and amphoteric nature of some of the possible reaction products would make isolation of small quantities ...
