Abstract

An additional study on the infrared spectra of N-heterocycles containing the CN link is presently in progress and a communication in this respect is forthcoming.(nit atall typical of the cyclic unconjugated C= C link) has recently been the subject of a study3 on the spectral position of the CN link in nitrogen heterocycles.
