Abstract
Aryl silatranes undergo fluoride-induced cross-coupling with aryl triflates to provide unsymmetrical biaryl derivatives in good to excellent yields. Silatranes also couple with aryl iodides and bromides, although the yields of adduct are lower than with the corresponding siloxane derivates.
