Abstract

Abstract A simple and efficient synthetic route of 2′??amino??2′??deoxyuridine was studied. 2′??Amino??2′??deoxyuridine was incorporated into 1, 8??naphthalimides in the 2′??position of 2′??sugar via linking arms of different lengths. A convenient method for the synthesis of the conjugates was adopted.
