Abstract
Among the antitumor drugs, DNA intercalating agents are one of the most important types. They are generally flat aromatic or heteroaromatic polycyclic molecules. In the literature, many polyheterocyclic compounds isolated from marine organisms are mentioned and have shown cytotoxic activity [1].
