Abstract

Structureactivity relationships are reported for a novel class of 4, 5, 6, 7-tetrahydro-lH- imidaz0 [4, 5-c] pyridine-6-carboxylic acid derivatives that displace'Wabeled angiotensin I1 from a specific subset of angiotensin I1 (Ang 11) binding sites in rat adrenal preparations.
