Abstract

Reductive elimination of ethers from organopalladium alkoxides is the C¿ O bond-forming step of the palladiumcatalyzed etherification of aryl halides.[1] At this time, examples of the reductive eliminations of ethers from isolated organopalladium alkoxide complexes are limited.
