Abstract
A number of N-nitroamides have been prepared and decomposed at 25-75” to yield the corresponding esters and nitrocs oxide; a diazoxyester [RN= N (O)-0-C (O) R'] is an intermediate in this reaction. The same diazoxyester was prepared in situ by the reaction of the appropriate acid chloride (R'COC1) with the sodium salt of an N-nifroamine (RN- iXOz8Na@) and an isomeric intermediate [RN (O)= N-0-C (O) R'] was prepared by the ...
