Abstract

Two classes of fluconazole derivatives,(a) carboxylic acid esters and (b) fatty alcohol and carbohydrate phosphate esters, were synthesized and evaluated in vitro against Cryptococcus neoformans, Candida albicans, and Aspergillus niger.
