Abstract

Abstract A fluorous, cyclative-capture strategy based on a new Pummerer cyclization process allows rapid access to tagged, heterocyclic frameworks. Convenient modification of the fluorous, heterocyclic scaffolds by using a variety of approaches including Pd-catalyzed cross-couplings is possible.
