Abstract

Results All the reactions were carried out at 30" C in aqueous solution of constant ionic strength of 0.2 M. The rates were determined spectrophotometrically by following the disappearance of the thiolester absorption. Pseudo-firsborder plots were usually linear over four half-lives.
