Abstract

Three compounds of 1-(substituted amidino)-2-thiourea, ten compounds of 1-aryl-3-amidino- 2-thiourea and fourteen compounds of 1-aliphatic and alicyclic 3-amidino-2-thiourea were synthesized to examine their antiviral effect. Further, the electron-impact induced fragmentation of 1-aryl and 1-alkyl derivatives were investigated.
