Abstract

α-[5-(2-Furyl)-1, 2, 4-triazol-3-ylthio] acethydrazide, δ-Allyl-α-[5-(2-furyl)-1, 2, 4-triazol-3-ythio- acet] thiosemicarbazide, α-[5-(2-furyl)-1, 2, 4-triazol-3-ylthio] acethydroxamic add and other related compounds have been prepared α-15-(2-furyl)-1, 2, 4-triazol-3-ylthiol acethydrazide has significant activity against Myco. tuberculosis.
