Abstract
The metal-catalyzed hydroarylation of vinylarenes is a versatile and highly atom-economical way to obtain 1, 1-diarylmethyl structural motifs that are found in many pharmaceuticals and biologically active molecules.[1] This catalytic reaction can be classified into two major types depending on the possible mechanism (Scheme1).
