Abstract

The length ratio of alkyl chain to space group will significantly influence the crystal structure of Gemini molecules with rigid spacers. When the ratio reaches to 1.24 approximately, flexible molecular crystals will form. Such crystals show porosity in chloroform vapor. Otherwise, different crystal structures will form.
