Abstract
Phosphorylation of alkynes is attractive reaction for the synthesis of stereodefined alkenylphosphonates that are useful intermediates in organic synthesis. 1 Particularly interesting and challenging in the reaction are those involving the region- and stereoselective simultaneous introduction of phosphonate and other functional groups to multiple carbon–carbon bonds.
